The H.E.A.T is On

Veterans HEAT Factory was founded in 2017 by Gus Guadagnino, a local businessman. Initially, he funded the program entirely and he has donated the use of a large warehouse he owns to house the facility.
The acronym HEAT stands for “Honoring, Empowering, Assisting, and Training.” The program primarily works with veterans, but also helps first responders.
The Veterans HEAT Factory is a 14-week program for veterans and first responders with PTSD. Starting with an exercise program, promoting health and wellness. Veterans will work out with a trainer in small groups, all veterans, approximately 3 times per week.
